CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit. • No show: No shows are not tolerated. Our provider is present & ready to service our clients. Failing to show for your appointment with prior notice will result in 50% of your total cost being charged. • Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 4 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of the total services being charged. • Late arrivals: Clients have a 10 minute grace period. Being over 10 minutes late will result in being charged 50% of your total service & your appointment being cancelled. • Respecting my time & others : To provide quality service for each client please arrive on time. We strive to provide a rush free service for each client. Please communicate with me if you are running behind. • Extra Guest: Please ask if you can bring a guest prior to your appointment. I do not have a waiting area in my single suite. • New clients : Are required to pay their deposit to secure your appointment. Remaining balances must be paid in cash.
